Welcome to Glen Abbey

Glen Abbey was one of the first planned unit developments in Debary, Florida and its origins date back to 1983.  The 400+ home community was built surrounding the Glen Abbey golf course on larger lots with most having ½ acre lots, so the area feels more spacious as compared to newer built communities.  Most homes are covered by a nominal HOA fee, but there are 27 homes that were excluded from the HOA back when the community developed.   There is a small playground area as the only amenity, but it is the convenience with easy access to local shopping in Orange City and entry to Rt-17-92 or Enterprise Road that makes this a highly accessible community.
