Rivington

Rivington is the newest master planned community in DeBary.  With a mix of single-family and townhomes, residents have easy access to bike-trails which meaner along natural areas, a short distance to the SunRail train station and I-4.  There are three builders active in the community, K Hovnanian, Dream Finders and MI Homes with a total of 750 homes projected for the development.  The City of Debary is planning to add a town center in the next several years right next to the SunRail station and the City has acquired land on the St. John’s River for development of Alexander Island as a new nature preserve which will offer additional recreational opportunities.
